Express your needs and boundaries clearly.
Be honest with yourself about which relationships are nourishing or draining.
Listen actively and truthfully without judgment.
Self-Care
Honor your true physical and emotional needs.
Avoid overcommitting to things that don’t align with your well-being. If it’s not a HECK YEAH it’s a NO!
Practice self-compassion by recognizing your truth without self-criticism.
