Candy is a wellness professional with over 20 years of healthcare experience, working primarily with cancer patients. She specializes in adapting fitness and meditation classes so they are accessible, approachable, and enjoyable for all. As a yoga teacher, her passion is to make yoga and other movement practices accessible and achievable for all. Additionally, she loves to develop classes that work with people and their limitations so they can feel empowered while finding more ease in their bodies. Her credentials include: 200HR Yoga Teacher, Certified Personal Trainer NASM, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Associate of Science Degree.
